STOCK & TIMESCALES

All items are handmade. Please allow at least 4 working days. For items required urgently, please contact me before placing order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To return your product, you should mail your product back to us. Please email us first at cjanejewellery@outlook.com.

Please note - Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We ask that you ensure that the item is wrapped and well protected appropriately for its journey. Please use tissue paper, bubble wrap and a padded outer container or box.`

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SERVICE AND PRICES

The prices given are in pounds sterling.

All items will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and these costs will be added at checkout according to destination.
